Daja is passionate about helping children, teens and adults in the North Texas area unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and cultivate resilience. Daja began her journey at the University of North Texas, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Development and Family Studies. Where she instantly found a deep love for the mental health field. She later went on to receive her Master of Science in Counseling and development with an emphasis on clinical mental health. This foundational knowledge has led the groundwork for her passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.

Through collaboration and evidence-based interventions, Daja helps clients address a wide range of concerns. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, work-related stress, or other life challenges, Daja is committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. She approaches counseling with a deeper commitment to understanding her clients’ unique needs and empowering them to achieve their goals for personal growth and fulfillment. Together, you’ll collaborate to develop strategies, foster insight, and create positive change.

In her personal time, you can find Daja trying new restaurants in the vibrant Dallas food scene. From local gems to international cuisines, she enjoys savoring the diverse flavors the city has to offer. When she’s not checking out new restaurants, you can find Daja spending her free time volunteering for her Nonprofit or at your local cycling gym. Making a difference in her community and raising awareness on mental health is an integral part of her life.
