As a therapist, Quratulain believes every person deserves an unfiltered space to share the messy, uncurated parts of life. She operates from the perspective that both biology and environment interact to form the substance of each individual. Quratulain believes people are resilient, and works with her clients to find and provide tools to better navigate life. Quratulain aims to provide clients with the opportunity to slow down, to grow in self-awareness, and work together towards positive change.

Quratulain aims to meet people where they are in a given moment, working together to fulfill each individual’s goals. Her focus is to create an environment where people from all backgrounds and all ages feel comfortable to truly relax into themselves, without having to edit their thoughts or behaviors.

When not working, you’ll find Quratulain with her fur babies, crocheting, digesting any and all true crime books, films, and podcasts, or playing with any number of home improvement projects.
