I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and recognize the courage it takes to begin the counseling journey. My goal is to build a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can explore and gain understanding of themselves and the world around them.

I believe all individuals deserve to feel understood and accepted. Through the therapeutic relationship I support clients in developing compassion, peace, and acceptance for all parts of themselves. I recognize the innate resilience and strength within each individual and is committed to guiding clients toward healing.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my beagles, Stella and Sadie. I enjoy reading, attending concerts, and traveling with my husband.
