As a therapist, I believe every person deserves an unfiltered space to share the messy, uncurated parts of life. I operate from the perspective that both biology and environment interact to form the substance of each individual. I believe people are resilient, and work with my clients to find and provide tools to better navigate life.
I aim to provide clients with the opportunity to slow down, to grow in self-awareness, and work together towards positive change. My focus is to create an environment where people from all backgrounds and all ages feel comfortable to truly relax into themselves, without having to edit their thoughts or behaviors.
When not working, I am with my fur babies, crocheting, digesting any and all true crime books, films, and podcasts, or playing with any number of home improvement projects.
