I strongly feel clients have the best understanding of themselves and should have the opportunity to explore their experiences and desires. I view my role as a non-judgmental observer and ear for you to better explore yourself while providing you the care you need to have an overall better positive regard in your life.

I draw from evidence-based techniques as well as music-based techniques to engage my clients in processing life events. I am a South Asian American who greatly enjoys working with people in my community.

In my free time, you can find me hopping on a flight and exploring different places. I also enjoys cooking food and hanging out with my friends and family. I love to sing and is hoping to join a local community choir soon!
