I understand that the human experience is complex and can be overwhelming, regardless of what phase in life we are in. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be listened to and understood.

My approach is client centered, holistic, and strength focused to ensure I am respecting each unique client and welcome them to explore themselves in a different way. I believe providing a patient and narrative approach to my clients allows them to express their life experiences in their own way and at their own time. I understand some of us find it difficult to be completely expressive during a typical session. For those clients, I walk them through art therapy modalities to explore life’s hardships with curiosity and compassion.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing volleyball, practicing guitar, painting, and cooking. My favorite weekend plans are to watch live music, check out local shops, and annoy my cat with affection.
