Teen years are packed with so much change, it can bring its own set of stressors and challenges. Historically, teens years are when humans begin to develop their own sense of self, identify their wants/needs for the future, and have fun. Sometimes this is not the case due to a variety of reasons or stressors. Teenagers often experience high stress as they begin to develop their own identity, seek more independence, use social media, navigate social dynamics, and push back on parents.

Our therapists aim to provide a safe space for teens to feel understood, seen, and heard. We utilize various modalities in sessions with teens to meet them where they are and provide a safe place to land each week.
