about aaron
My approach is rooted in the belief that healthy, secure relationships are the most powerful catalyst for growth and change. My therapeutic orientation is a blend of Person/Child-Centered Therapy and Relational Psychodynamic Therapy. Inspired by the simple power of thoughtful, caring interaction, I strive to embody genuine kindness and acceptance in every session. I work to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences without fear of criticism.
Therapy with me is a space for deep processing and powerful change. We will navigate difficult life seasons, explore the influence of your past and unconscious mind, and actively challenge the beliefs that are holding you back. I use playfulness as a therapeutic element to foster creativity, curiosity, and adaptability in the process, allowing us to discover new pathways forward. My passion is empowering you to overcome personal struggles and find meaning in your journey. You can expect me to hold your vulnerabilities with compassionate care while providing the direct, supportive challenge needed to build a brighter, more resilient future.
I work with a diverse clientele, beginning with teens (11 and up), utilizing talk therapy to address identity, stress, and trauma. I then specialize in helping corporate professionals and executives navigate high-stress environments, burnout, and organizational dynamics, bringing an informed perspective due to my MBA and business experience. Finally, a core part of my practice is assisting adults wrestling with complex relationship dynamics, such as narcissistic tendencies and interpersonal conflict, and facilitating the integration and healing of past trauma and chronic stress for all my clients.
I'm a huge movie buff—my top picks at the moment are: Forrest Gump, The Devil Wears Prada, & Brother Bear. I'm deeply inspired by the compassion of Mr. Rogers, the love and laughter from my wife and daughter, and the peace I find in nature. Most days, you'll find me either playing with my little one, lost in a good book, or recharging outside on a walk.
