I understand what it feels like to be stuck and hopes to help my clients achieve those "full circle" moments to gain a new footing.  It's hard to take that first step when seeking therapy, and I aim to create a warm and nurturing welcome to the life-changing power of the therapeutic relationship.

I hope to foster hope in a judgment-free environment where people feel unconditionally accepted and safe. I believe people are the best narrator of their stories and challenges and seeks to meet people where they are while scaffolding the bridge to where they want to be.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and experiencing a nicely curated meal. I find solace in reading all the things, listening to all the podcasts (especially True Crime!), writing down metaphors to use in session, and watching all the documentaries. I am passionate about self-care and hope to help you find what fills your cup!
