about natalie
I work with children ages 3–13 through play therapy and with adults 18+ who are seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in person-centered and child-centered therapy, with a strong emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, open, and free of judgment. I love building connections and learning about you and what you value so we can build on those to help build strength and resilience.Â
I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in understanding, authenticity, and compassion. For adults, I strive to understand each person’s unique experiences, perspectives, and emotional responses while supporting them in exploring challenges, goals, and growth. Rather than directing your path, I walk alongside you as you discover what healing means for you. For children, I use a child-centered play therapy approach that values creativity, play, and developmentally appropriate communication. Because children often express themselves differently than adults, play can provide a natural way to process emotions and experiences. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where clients of all ages feel free to express themselves openly.Â
I have extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD and Autism, as well as those navigating eating disorders and body image concerns. I am also passionate about supporting individuals and families through postpartum experiences, parenting challenges, and family transitions. Through both professional and personal experiences, I understand how overwhelming life changes can feel, and I aim to provide compassionate support during seasons of adjustment and growth.
When I am home, I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting, reading, and puzzle games. I am also actively switching between my 3 favorite comfort shows of Grey’s Anatomy, Gilmore Girls, and Desperate Housewives.
